We are looking for a Production Quality Engineer to join our team and write new success stories.

  • Managing and coordinating supplier complaints
  • Preparing control plans for the production process
  • Coordinating work within the 5 pillars of quality (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
  • Experience with the 8D methodology for systematically resolving nonconformities
  • Preparing control instructions
  • Taking appropriate action using quality tools in the event of issues in the production process
  • Support in the preparation of technical documentation
  • Preparation of documentation and internal quality regulations
  • Inspection of incoming materials
  • Monitoring of process statistics in production (MSA, SPC)
  • Ensuring the implementation of QRQC methods in production
  • ESD coordinator

What are you bringing? These are your secret ingredients for success:

  • At least a Level VI degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another technical field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a comparable position
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of quality tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
  • Ability to work in a team while also making decisions
  • Responsibility for work, initiative, self-discipline, conscientiousness, and precision
